Alloy 20 sheets, plates, and coils are premium corrosion-resistant materials designed for use in harsh environments. Made from a nickel-iron-chromium alloy, they provide excellent resistance to acids and chloride stress corrosion cracking. With a yield strength of 35,000 psi (241 MPa), a tensile strength of 80,000 psi (551 MPa) and 30% elongation, it can be shaped into many different shapes for various manufacturing applications.

Alloy 20 plates are available in multiple grades, and dimensions. Sheets range from 0.01 to 200 mm in thickness, cold-rolled plates are 0.5 to 6.4 mm thick, and hot-rolled plates vary from 3 to 10 mm. Standard widths are 1000 to 2000 mm, and lengths are 2000 to 6000 mm. The material is offered in soft, hard, half-hard, and spring-hard grades, with both hot-rolled and cold-rolled finishes. In addition to plates and sheets, Alloy 20 is also available in various forms, such as coils, foils, strips, flats, blanks, and rings.

Prior to shipment, each Alloy 20 sheet and plate is tested with rigorous quality checks. To ensure performance and safety, testing methods include magnetic particle inspections (MPI), mill test certifications and third-party verification. In order to keep goods safe during transportation, it is carefully packed in hardwood boxes, steel strip bundles or plastic wrapping.
