SS 304 grade is formed from 50-50% of austenitic and ferritic phases and it is also known as ferritic SS. 304 grade has a higher strength material than conventional austenitic SS grades. These pipes are relatively easy to make and fabricate into complex designs. The stainless steel grade is available in magnetic and nonmagnetic state. Testing procedures-
The tests include- chemical test/ spectro analysis, intergranular corrosion test, flaring test, flattening test, Mechanical test, hardness test, and tensile test. Other tests performed
are the positive material test, micro, and macro test, ultrasonic test, radiographic test, pitting corrosion test and visual inspection. Closing tests are performed by third parties for viable quality.
Packing and dispatch-
