Stainless steel 347 tube is a stabilized austenitic stainless steel known for intergranular corrosion resistance. It contains columbium (niobium) which prevents carbide precipitation during welding at temperatures ranging from 430°C to 900°C. This makes it suitable for high-temperature applications.
