Hastelloy C276 Plate, Sheet, and Coil are flat-rolled products composed of a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with added iron and cobalt. Plates are thicker and better suited for high-stress applications, whereas Hastelloy C276 Sheet is thinner and used in situations requiring flexibility. Hastelloy C276 Coil is a continuous roll form for automated fabrication. Their composition includes nickel, molybdenum, chromium, iron, cobalt, carbon, manganese, silicon, sulfur, and phosphorus. Preston Pipes & Alloys is a trusted Hastelloy C276 plate supplier, known for producing high-quality products in custom sizes and finishes.
ASTM B575 UNS N10276 Hastelloy C276 Sheet provide excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance. They maintain strong performance even at elevated temperatures between 649°C to 760°C. Alloy C276 Plate show high tensile strength, yield strength and good elongation. Hastelloy C276 Sheet offers higher tensile properties than the plate variant. They also show great resistance to pitting, stress corrosion cracking, and oxidizing agents. Each product is made using advanced processes like hot rolling, annealing and surface finishing to ensure long-term durability.
DIN 2.4819 Plate is used in seawater systems, air pollution control, pharmaceuticals, and metal processing. The Alloy C276 sheet sizes range from 0.02 to 4.0 mm in thickness, widths from 900 to 2400 mm, and lengths up to 12000 mm. Plate sizes come in thicknesses from 4.5 to 100 mm. Hastelloy C276 Coils are available in 2.5 to 10.0 mm thickness and widths of 610 to 2000 mm. Popular surface finishes include brushed, glossy, sandblasted and mirror. These sheets and plates work well in corrosive environments.
Hastelloy C276 Sheet and Plate go through strict quality checks and standard tests before shipping. Tests include visual inspection, chemical analysis, mechanical testing, and third-party inspections. Products are packed securely and meet ASTM B575 / ASME SB575 standards. Certified test reports are provided as required. We offer products in custom surface finishes, end finishes, sizes, shapes, and thickness options. Get high-performance plates that meet both domestic and international quality standards.
