A nickel-iron-chromium alloy, Incoloy 800 pipe is designed to be strong, resistant to corrosion and long-lasting at high temperatures. Even under extreme circumstances it is resistant to oxidation and carburization. Incoloy 800 pipe offers high-temperature strength and stability, making it a trusted choice for furnace components and heat exchangers. Its corrosion resistance protects against acids, alkalis, and chloride-rich environments. The alloy resists oxidation and carburization, which often damage metals in hot settings. It is also weldable and machinable, easing fabrication. Strong creep and stress rupture properties help it perform under high temperature and pressure for long periods. Reactors in chemical processing, steam turbine parts in power plants, furnace tubes and heat exchangers for petrochemicals and vital nuclear plant pipes are among the common applications. It also finds use in pulp and paper industries and heat treatment equipment.


Incoloy 800 pipe

In accordance with ASTM/ASME B407, B514, B515 and comparable SB grades, we offer high quality Incoloy 800 pipe. We offer a wide range of pipes including seamless, welded, ERW, fabricated, CDW, and 100% X-ray welded types. Sizes range from 6 mm OD to 914.4 mm OD, with up to 24” NB. Thickness schedules cover SCH 5 to SCH XXS. Ends are available as plain, beveled, threaded one end, or threaded both ends. Length options include single random, double random and cut to length. Depending on the needs of the client, finishes can be bright polished, annealed, pickled, or 2B and No. 1. We also stock Incoloy 800H pipe, Incoloy 800HT pipe, and their alloy 800H pipe and alloy 800HT pipe variants in multiple sizes.


Every incoloy 800 pipe and incoloy 800ht pipe undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch. Destructive and non-destructive testing, visual inspection, PMI, chemical and mechanical reports and 100% radiography are among the tests. We provide EN 10204/3.1B, 3.1, and 3.2 mill test certificates along with NABL-approved lab reports and third-party inspection if required. Using wooden boxes, crates, pallets, cartons and shrink-wrap for safe transportation, the packaging satisfies export requirements.
