Titanium stabilized versions of the 316 grade stainless steel, such as 316Ti coil, 316Ti plate, and 316Ti sheet, provide exceptional resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. Stainless Steel 316ti Plate

Manufacturers produce stainless steel 316Ti plate, sheet, and coil through hot and cold rolling processes after melting the alloy in an electric arc furnace. After being hot rolled to decrease thickness slabs can be cold-rolled for added strength and finish. Sheets and plates are shaped to the customer's specifications, and coils are slit and cut to size. The finishes include No. 8 mirror polish, BA bright annealed, and 2B smooth. Standard sheet dimensions are 1000 x 2000 mm, 1220 x 2440 mm, and 1500 x 3000 mm. Plates can be up to 120 mm thick, while sheets are between 0.1 and 12 mm thick. Coils can range in width from 1000 mm to 3500 mm and reach lengths of up to 6000 mm.


Every batch of stainless steel 316Ti coils, plates, and sheets undergoes stringent quality inspections. While dimensional checks verify tolerance accuracy, visual inspection guarantees a surface free of defects.
