Stainless steel 321 321H coils, plates, and sheets contain a definite amount of titanium content along with carbon.
The different parts are separately heated approximately at temperature range up to 1500 degree F so as to give a continuous service. The alloy works best at 1650 degree F. stainless steel coils are provided high corrosion resistance by formation of a homogeneous layer that is passive on the surface.
The stainless steel sheets, coils, and plates have post-weld annealing and welding characteristics that can restore the performance in corrosive conditions. The SS plates aren’t sensitive to corrosion after warmth inside the carbide precipitation at a temperature range of 425-850 degree C. It can be quench-annealed then in clean water. The SS slatting coils are stabilized austenitic steel just like the type 304 but with additional titanium and carbon content five times.
Test certificates-
Raw material certification, third-party
inspection, and 100% radiography test reports from major test certificates related to
sheets, plates, and coils. Hardness, mechanical testing,
chemical analysis, micro, macro test, flaring test, intergranular corrosion test, and
pitting resistance test are performed on coils, sheets, and plates. The packaging is
followed using crates, pallets, and boxes with documentation.
